New Year's snowboarding (Bansko)

What could be more beautiful than learning or modeling your snowboarding style while having fun away from home, in a gang of old and new friends, waiting for the balance between the years, ie New Year's Eve;)

That's why we chose to do this in Bansko, on the fun style of OnAdventure, with 4 days to give and learn, in which we combine the useful with the pleasant. New Year's Eve will catch us in the 80m square apartment where we will gather the whole gang to celebrate the passing of the years.

ATTENTION: Seats are limited to 10 participants, the means of transport being the OnAdventure minivan and the Dacia Duster 4x4 vehicle. This snowboard camp is dedicated both to beginners who have no knowledge of slipping on the snow, and to intermediaries or advanced people who want to progress.

The purpose of this camp is to enjoy the beginning of the winter season and to create a small group of friends who for 5 days have the same passion - snowboarding and fun.

In the 4 days on the slope we will do every day 3 hours of practice dedicated to beginners (morning) - on the light slope with or without tape from the end of the gondola 1600m and 3 hours of practice dedicated to intermediaries or advanced (afternoon) - on the entire ski area. 

We will spend the evening together, we will analyze the given day, we will boil a boiled brandy and we will socialize.

On the night between the years we will gather in the apartment with two bedrooms and living room and we will transform it into our private club to spend New Year's Eve together.

Where? 

In Bulgaria, in our favorite resort - Bansko - https://www.banskoski.com/en 550 km from Bucharest. 75 km of slopes, one of the longest continuous slopes in Europe - 16 km (takes you to the city center), many off-piste options.

When? 

From Monday - December 27, to Saturday - January 1 (5 nights accommodation) 

We meet on Monday morning ( 6 am ) at the Aviatorilor metro station , on the corner with Herastrau Park , near the Ivelo bicycle shop

Accommodation and meals

Accommodation (5 nights) is made in a large 2-room apartment and living room (4 people) where we will spend New Year's Eve and in apartments for 3 people, with bedroom (2 people) and living room (one person), kitchen , private bathroom, access to sauna and jacuzzi, located near the gondola in the city.

The distribution in the apartments is done according to the rule: boys with boys, girls with girls, mixed if there is no other solution or couple. Accommodation is called: Snow Pearl Residence

There are cheap markets in the resort and everyone can buy food for breakfast and dinner (according to preference)

Transport conditions

The transport together with the equipment is provided by the OnAdventure minivan - Renault Trafic 2016 which meets all the comfort conditions - limited seats in number 8 and Dacia Duster 2020.  Please choose your luggage carefully (you should have a larger backpack / troller + snowboard equipment).

Development on days

In the 4 days given, we will work in the morning at the base of the slope for 3 hours / day with the beginners, and in the afternoon we will deepen, for 3 hours, techniques on the slope with intermediaries and advances. 

The first day will be for reconnaissance and discovered Bansko resort.

How much does it cost? 

490 eur / pers / early booking until November 1

  550 eur / pers / late booking after November 1 (can be paid in 2 installments)

- food

- ski pass (approx. 175 ron all day, 130 ron / half day)

- equipment rental if you do not have (approx. 60 ron / day)

- compulsory travel insurance (approx. 70 RON for one week)

The reservation will be confirmed at the time of payment confirmation.

After confirming the payment, we will issue your contract and tax invoice and send you the documents to your e-mail address. 

IMPORTANT: 

This event is designed to work for a group of 10 people . 

If the group is not formed, the money is returned 7 days before the event. 

IN THE EVENT THAT THE EXCURSION IS PAID AND SUBSEQUENTLY SUBMITTED, THE MONEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS A REPLACEMENT IS FOUND AND ONLY UNDER THE CONDITIONS PROVIDED FOR IN THE FRAMEWORK CONTRACT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAYMENT OF THE ADVANCE / INSTALLMENTS IS EQUIVALENT TO THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT BETWEEN ABSENCES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL CODE.

The guide of the event is called Alex Mircea, this being certified as a mountain, national guide and travel agent with no. 5362 and snowboard instructor, trained at the Red Cross for first aid. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19

Please read the contract .

The payment of the advance and the installments is equivalent to the signing of the contract between the absentees in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

The amounts will be reimbursed only strictly in the cases provided for in the contract,  without exception.

If you have any doubt that your departure could be prevented for any reason beyond our control, please  to take out travel insurance.

In this way, regardless of your subsequent circumstances, you will be able to recover your money from the insurer (we are in no way affiliated with this insurer, you can choose any insurance you want, attention, we are not a travel agency, we are snowboard instructors, we do not it will be possible to conclude a Storno insurance).

* We recommend that you select course insurance, as OnAdventure offers snowboarding in this event, not a classic accommodation / transport / meal package. We do not charge commissions for reservations and we do not mediate reservations. These are paid by the instructors on behalf of the students through  booking.com .

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT SITUATION AND COVID PASSPORT

At present, each state takes different measures regarding the reception on its territory of the citizens of other states.

Most have lifted all restrictions on vaccinated citizens.

We do not respond in any way if you will not be allowed access to the territory of one of these states for reasons related to the sanitary measures imposed by those states.

In connection with access to public spaces and facilities, some states (such as Switzerland) have already taken steps to allow access only to vaccinated citizens.

We will monitor the situation and send you the latest updates from the authorities.

The situation is changing dynamically and that is why  Please take any measures you deem necessary to ensure that

1. you will be able to enter the territory of Bulgaria

2. you will be able to be accommodated

3. you will be able to use the facilities

We would be sorry for the border police to take someone down to the border due to non-compliance with the border crossing conditions (sanitary) and you would have to return home on your own or you could not be accommodated or you could not use the facilities in reasons related to these insurances,  we will not be able to do much for you in such a situation. Please keep in mind that we will do our best to ensure the comfort of all participants, but do not forget that we will travel in a group and the safety and comfort of the whole group are a priority.
