Infrastructure
Bansko, the host of the OnAdventure snowboard camps, enjoys a ski area of 48 km on the slopes and 8 km of ski roads served by 14 cable transport facilities.
Instructor for any level
Whether you have never tied a foot plate or if you already master the technique of cornering on all slopes, carving and tricks or you venture off-piste, you will find guidance from a certified instructor.
The groups with beginners take place in the morning, and those with intermediaries and advancements in the second part of the day.
Ski pass prices
The conditions for Austria at Romanian prices? Sounds good, doesn't it? This is Bansko. The quality-price ratio is very good. This year the price of the ski pass is 70 levs for adults (all day) and 50 levs from 12 o'clock. That means 35 euros, respectively 25 euros per day.
Accommodation in apartments with own kitchen
All apartments have their own kitchen. It is not only decorative, but we even used it every year to prepare a breakfast worthy of a day spent on the slope, a mountain of pancakes in the evening or to put a boiled brandy. It can be an advantage if you want to avoid eating indoors.
Bulgarian hospitality and the legendary belly soup with parlenka
If, however, cooking is not to your taste, we can say with all our heart that in Bansko you will find delicious food at most taverns, especially if you are a big fan of barbecues, sword or sach meat and traditional Bulgarian food in general. . But the piece of resistance for us is the belly soup with cheese and garlic, prepared according to a secret recipe, specific to the place. It is not missing from our menu and we can say that it gained many followers after the 4 snowboard camps last year.
The quality of the rented equipment
If until now you hesitated to buy your own snowboard equipment and resorted to rentals in Romania, in Bansko you will be surprised to find much newer equipment in very good condition. Moreover, if you rent for several days, you have a chance to pay a lower price. Anything is negotiable here;
